![]() I don't know where you get he idea that I have been negative about it. Tons of users are having problems with it. ![]() Sorry to be all grumpy about this, but - so many negative comments about the new sim around, mostly unfounded, which eventually becomes tiresome.Īnyway, now i’ve vented. dlls etc to disable to give this addon a chance of working. Rather than inventing imaginary problems with P3D v5 to blame, OP needs to know which. There are NO reports of successfully using the NGX in v5. OP is getting crashes because he’s running a non-compatible addon in the sim, period. There’s too much fake news about v5 pedalled around this sub. You then finish your brief comment by inferring that v5 is unstable. You say that “I’ve heard that.” and then describe a non-issue about view changes being the possible cause. Quasi, i am not trying to give you a hard time but you’ve been pretty negative about v5 lately. ![]() Then perhaps instead of being nasty critical of what you would wish it said you can be actually read what it says and then be constructively critical if you wish. Maybe you should read the OP and then mine again in that context. This is an underrated platform that every sim fan should check out, and the whole sim costs less than some of my Prepar3d addons.I take it that was directed at me. I’d also note that Aerofly has a decent 737-500 as part of the default aircraft, that I’ve flown quite a bit. I do fly that from time to time (i’m a 737 fan), but haven’t used it for some time as the performance and interaction in VR is not great. If anyone really wants to fly the 737-300, you’ll need to go with the IXEG for x-plane. Maddog is even further away from the 737-300 experience, though its a pretty good aircraft. It’s also a very different experience to flying a 737-300. I have the latter, but I don’t fly it very much. ![]() If you want this sort of experience in P3D now, you either fly the 737 200 from milviz - it gets you the old-737 feeling, but without the glass - or you fly the Captain Sim 757. OP asked about ‘Boeing 737 Classic or Similar”, and was referring to the 737 300-500. ![]() Kris, you may have noticed that 95% of forum threads talk about things that are not literally the answer to the OPs question. If you belive 732 is early glass cockpit then fine. ![]()
